Bias exists in everyone in some form or another. This is a result of years of conditioning. Because of this, prejudice, unintentionally, influences decisions without people even realizing it, even when they try to be as rational as possible. One may think bias is loud and apparent and comes with ringing alarms. But, biases can be quiet, lurking and subtle. Are there gender biases that are not apparent that women face in the workplace? What can be done about them?
