When was the last time you looked at your phone? If you had to guess, how many times a day do you look at your mobile? Humane is an AI startup that was founded by ex-Apple employees. It’s said to have raised about $230 million and is said to be valued at around $850 million. Its investors are said to include OpenAI CEO Samuel Altman (unless that changes), Microsoft and Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff. And in November 2023, Humane debuted a device called the AI Pin. And the goal? It may be to replace smartphones. It’s not the first such device, however.
