Over 90 nozzles, besides a large quantity of wire, have been stolen from outside Bharat Mandapam, the venue of the September 9-10 Summit, leaving the water fountains dysfunctional. The water works and the bright lights had become an attraction of sorts, drawing many selfie-loving visitors, even after the Summit ended.
